1. Who we are

This website is operated for Cult Space, located at 31 August 1989 St 137, Chisinau, Moldova MD-2004. You can contact us by email at work@cultspace.md or by phone at 062 085 999.

2. What data this website collects

Most of this website is informational. We do not run user accounts, online ordering, checkout, newsletter forms, or payment processing on this site.

The website stores only your selected language in your browser's local storage so the site can remember whether you prefer RU, RO, or EN.

3. DOGUE registration

When you use the DOGUE registration form, we collect the name, phone number and email address you submit, the time you accepted this policy, and the unique discount code issued to you. We use this information only to register your participation, prevent duplicate voucher creation, and send your personal PDF voucher by email.

DOGUE registration data is stored on the Cult Space server for up to 90 days and is then automatically deleted. It is not added to a marketing list without separate consent. You can ask us to access or delete your registration data by contacting work@cultspace.md.

4. Third-party services

The website embeds Google Maps to show our location. Google may process data according to its own privacy terms when the map is loaded or used.

The website also links to our Instagram, TikTok and Facebook pages, and to Mark.Media. When you open external links, those websites may process data under their own policies.

To deliver a DOGUE voucher, the configured transactional email provider processes the recipient email address and the attached PDF only for sending that message.

5. Server logs

Like most websites, the hosting server may keep technical logs such as IP address, request time, requested URL, browser user agent, and response status. These logs are used for security, diagnostics, and site reliability.
